Please take note of the following:

1. There is a one-time setup charge of $30.00 for two (2) unique artwork setup design, for both front and back of the chip
2. If you desire more than one artwork/design, there will be an additional charge of $30.00 per design.
3. If you want denomination/s on your poker chip, there is an additional charge of $75.00 for up to seven (7) different denominations, and an additional $25.00 for more than 7 denominations.

4. Normal Production Time = 3-4 weeks from your approval of the final proof. Rush order can be placed for a Production Period of 10 business days (limited to 10,000 chips) Additional charge of $50 + $0.05 per chip. Call to confirm.

5. Cancel Order - Cancellations are subject to $50.00 per art/proof fee

6. PROOFS ARE NORMALLY PROVIDED WITHIN 24-72 HOURS AFTER FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
