Shipping and Store Policy
All items that are in stock usually ship out the within 2 business days and our poker tables ships via freight carrier. Items that are requested to be shipped for next day air-3 day air will leave usually same or next business day. Poker tables are available for guarantee service but you must call us to check on price for such service. Items are shipped either via UPS, USPS, or with Freight Company.
TRACKING AND RECEIVING ITEMS - After check out, you will be receiving an email that has a link to track your purchase. When available, we will update your account and send you confirmation via email. Any shipping via freight, such as our poker tables or large volume orders, you will be contacted prior to delivery. Then you’re able to set up the time and day for delivery. Our freight carriers will only deliver to the address in the original order. Any changes to the order are subject to charges and penalties. Upon receiving your order it is your responsibility to inspect your order and sign for the Bill Of Lading.
FREE SHIPPING ON POKER TABLES - Free shipping on our poker tables are within the continental 48 United States. Any shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will require a quote. We ship all our poker tables expedited service which you will receive your purchase within 2-5 business days after your purchase. We offer guarantees and air services for rush orders. Any air service pricing that is provided to you at time of check out for poker table is not valid unless it's for a poker table top.
FREIGHT SHIPPING - Basic freight delivery includes the delivery of your purchase to the requested delivery address and the driver helping you with the removal of your packages from the delivery truck. This is also called "tailgate delivery or curb side delivery" It does not include delivery inside your house, apartment, or office, nor does it include any unpacking, set-up, or installation of the product.
LIFTGATE AND INSIDE DELIVERY - If additional services such as in-home delivery, lift gate, or set-up you may contact us to receive a quote or you may select the option if available on our site at time of purchase. If you are ordering a large or heavy item, please keep in mind that you may need the assistance of one or more people to transport the item from the delivery truck into your home. So you can call your friends, buddies or neighbors to help you. Freight drivers are expected to notify you of delivery day and time so that you can make the appropriate arrangements if moving your item inside if necessary. Freight drivers are expected to provide reasonable advance notice of delivery day and time. If you are absent for a scheduled delivery and your absence results in an inability to deliver, a second delivery fee may apply.
RECEIVING FREIGHT ORDERS- We spend lot of money and time in packaging our tables. It is the customer responsibility to inspect and check all boxes prior to signing the Bill of Lading. If there is any damages, holes, cuts, tears on the box you must note that on the BOL. You can remove all merchandise from cartoon while the driver is there. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you fail to note on the BOL then you are not able to file a claim. STORE POLICY
All returns or cancellation are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
POKER TABLES, PEDESTAL BASES AND FREE SHIPPING ITEMS - For a return of all poker tables, pedestal bases, or any item with free the original shipping charges will NOT be refunded (you must pay the original shipping cost). Once the item is opened from the original packaging you can not return the item.
CUSTOM POKER CHIPS - We will provide you with all the proofs after we receive all art work or instructions for customer poker chips. After you have approved the proof there will be no refunds. All sales are final and can not be returned.
