Q: Will my credit card be charged immediately once I place an order?
A: Yes. We will only process orders once the payment is received.
Q: Why does my credit card keep on getting declined?
A: Please make sure your Billing Address is the same with the card's Billing Address.
Q: What is Flat Rate Shipping?
A: We want to save our customers money. This shipping method is the most efficient as this could be with either UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: Typically, there is a 1-3 business day processing time for orders received depending on the item ordered. Please do check the item description if it will need a lead time for production. We do not process orders over the weekend but we do receive them. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed 1st thing on the following Monday. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order ships out.
Q: My Tracking Number is not working/not showing progress. What does this mean?
A: Tracking Numbers usually take 24 - 48 hours to reflect the shipping progress. If after the alloted time has passed and it is still not showing progress, please email us so we can look into this asap.
Q: Why is the item show in stock but the decription states that there is a lead time?
A: This is to show the customers that this can be ordered on our website.
Q: I have received a damaged/defective/incorrect item. What do I do?
A: Please take a photo and or video of what you received and email it to sales@americangamingsupply.com with your concern(s) stated so we can get it resolved for you asap.

Q: Why is my order being declined?
A: Please make sure that the Billing Information is correct for your credit card.
Q: I want to cancel my order but I have a tracking number already. What should I do?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot intercept a package if it is already in transit. You will have to accept the order and email us for the steps to take for a return. Please do know that the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for this.

Q: Can I go to your location to check out the items you offer?
A: Yes of course! But do keep in mind that our location is only an office that has a very limited amount of items we offer. Furniture and Team items will not be available. Please call us before making a trip to our location.
